Privacy policy

Noodle Pool Shark does not collect personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no chat.
Your progress (coins, stars, trick shots, unlocked rivals and halls, cues, settings and the names you type for party games) is stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes it.
The game does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. Links that leave the game (to our studio website) sit behind a grown-ups check.
Online play
Online play is optional. When you use it, the game connects to our game server and sends:
- a random ID the app makes for this device (not linked to you, your Apple or Google account, or any advertising ID);
- your player card: a name the game makes up for you (like “Lucky Squid 42”, never typed), the character you pick, and the country — and, if you choose, the state and city — that you pick from a list. This is not your device location;
- the shots you play and the quick voiced lines you pick (“Nice shot!”), so the other player sees them.
The server keeps your player card, wins and World Tour points so leaderboards for cities, states and countries work, and shows your made-up name, flag and place to other players. It does not keep your IP address in its game records. Friend codes are short codes the server makes from the random ID. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else. To remove your online record, email us your friend code (Online → Friends).
